  • If the service has not been initiated, and the cancellation request is received within 7 days of placing the order.
  • If Archelos Intelsense Technologies is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to technical issues or other internal constraints.
  • If a mutually agreed-upon refund condition is met in the contract for custom or subscription-based services.

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after the commencement of services.
  • Unsatisfactory results that are not directly attributable to negligence or failure on the part of Archelos Intelsense Technologies.

b. Refund Process
